Refund policy
Oliver + Jade accepts returns and exchanges initiated within 7 days of delivery. To begin your return, please contact us here. Once your request is submitted, a return label will be emailed to you. You will have 7 days to drop off your package, giving you a total of 14 days from the delivery date to complete the return process.
All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied. Please ensure that the contents of your return match the items listed on your generated return packing slip. Do not include items not listed.
We offer store credit or refunds for returns. Store credit is issued instantly once your return is accepted and never expires. Refunds are issued within 5 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items
- BOGO promotions (free item is final sale)
- Last Chance sale items
- Personal care items
- Personalized or special-order products
- All accessories (including jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, belts, and handbags)

High-Volume Return Policy
Oliver + Jade reserves the right to apply a $4.99 restocking fee per item for customers with high return activity. High-volume returns are defined as:
- $1,500 or more in returns within 12 months, with a return rate of 80% or higher, or
- $750 or more in returns within 6 months, with a return rate of 80% or higher
The return rate is calculated by dividing the dollar amount of returns by the dollar amount of purchases during the same period.
Customers who fall into this category may be subject to a modified return policy, which may include—but is not limited to— restocking fees, and/or refusal of future returns.
Oliver + Jade reserves the right to deny or refuse returns at our discretion.
