What are your Processing Times?
We process orders within 2-4 days and ship Monday through Friday from Sunny California. Processing & Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
When will my Order Ship?
Our standard shipping is 5-7 days after processing time.
Where do you Ship?
We ship to the United States.
What is your Return Policy?
Simply request a return authorization with 7 days of delivery & send your items back within 7 (seven) days giving you a total of 14 days (Buyer pays shipping costs)
A $7 return fee of original shipping charge will be deducted on all orders returned to cover costs of shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, swimwear, jewelry) and all shoes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, BOGO Free items or gift cards.
Can you Guarantee Delivery by a certain date??
We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Sunny California.
Can I Cancel my order?
After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it has been sent to our warehouse for production at time of placement.
