Our USA Standard Free Shipping is approx 10-14 days transit time (excluding weekends and holidays)

What is your Return Policy?
Simply request a return authorization & send your items back within 5 days. (Buyer pays shipping costs)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, swimwear, jewelry). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items or gift cards.
Why does my order have 2 tracking numbers?
Since we ship from 3 warehouse locations including our Overseas Germany one, sometimes you might have 2 tracking numbers. Orders that ship from Germany always ship X-Eagle first with a tracking number that starts EG. It also has an associated usps tracking number tagged to it. The tracking will start with X-Eagle and once it arrives at the US warehouse will begin tracking with the usps tracking number. Go to your order page. Click on the tracking number. It will bring you to 17track.net Hit the arrow expand button for each tracking number to see currently where the package is.
Can you Guarantee Delivery by a certain date?
We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as all orders are shipped from several warehouse locations including one in Germany.
Can I Cancel my order?
After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it has been sent to our warehouse for production at time of placement.
